As the holidays quickly approach I realize how unprepared I am. Thanksgiving is almost two weeks away, Christmas is 6 weeks away, and I have both parents birthdays to celebrate a few days before Christmas. Thanks to my local neighborhood stores in Edgewater, NJ who keep all sorts of holiday newness, gifts, and goodies stocked on the shelves. So shopping this season should be quick and easy!
Today I went on my weekly visit to Trader Joe’s and noticed their New 12 Days of Beauty Advent Calendar gift set. After holding up a line of local shoppers shopping for their weekend shopping list, here I am falling in love with the travel sizes and newness all in one package. I love Trader Joe’s beauty for the price and how well my skin reacts to their products. I felt the $19.99 was a bit steep for the product size and amount of products. However, the packaging makes it a great gift for teachers, college students, or secret Santa gifts.

From the list the new products I noticed are the Charcoal Mask, Winter Citrus Hand Cream, Cranberry Cider Body Wash, and Pomegranate Lip Balm. These are all goodies that's worth buying just to try them out. I love that the Facial scrub comes in a tube which makes it easy for travel. The full size comes in a jar and the glass jar is too heavy for my travel preferences. With each product being under 3 oz this is certainly TSA friendly and good for upcoming holiday travels.
