Mexico Vacay: Part II (The Looks)

Updated: Mar 31, 2020

Hi Beauties!

There’s thrill when you know you’re going on a vacation. My husband and I tend to travel at least 2-3 times a year. I honestly enjoy the pre vacay prep. For me that consist of creating several check list. I have a shopping list, packing list (for both me and the husband), and a to do list.

In this post, I'm sharing the look details with links to my swimwear and dinner outfits.

(Some of the dresses were on sale and may not be available anymore!)

Enjoy

LIPSTICK DRESS

The moment I saw this dress I had to have it. I mean…how fitting is a red lip dress for a beauty blogger!! I originally planned for this dress to be a dinner dress but we skipped dinner a few nights and stayed in. I knew I HAD to squeeze this dress in before the end of vacay so I used it as a beach dress.

DINNER DATE NIGHT DRESS

One thing I love about shopping on ASOS is viewing the videos of the model wearing the outfits. This dress was the perfect vacay dress from the color and it also travels easy without needing ironing. Let’s just say the hubby loved this dress for our sunset dinner date night!

THE BASIC BLACK DRESS

I usually don’t wear black dresses with long sleeves on vacay but thought this off the shoulder dress was super cute! The material is really thin so it hugs just right.

I loved it so much I wore it twice, dinner and back home! This picture was taken as we were leaving for the airport.

== SWIM WEAR ==

TRIBAL ONE PIECE

The pattern on this swimsuit along with the waist detail and bra support is what I loved about this one piece! It came with straps but I opted to go strapless. This was a good Amazon find and the first swimsuit I purchased for the season.

I would wear this one piece again but with a pair of ripped jeans!

HIGH CUT ONE PIECE

Confession, I love online shopping better than going into a store! There’s something about hitting the purchase button and waiting for the package to arrive. It’s like Christmas morning for me! This one piece was basic enough to pair with a red lip and my red Salvatore Ferragamo slides.

BLACK MESH ONE PIECE

This was the last swimsuit I purchased and I loved the mesh detail along the waist and cleavage area! This was a quick purchase once I saw the price and my size I knew it would it was going with me on this vacay!
